Refund policy
* We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* To be eligible for a return, your items will be reviewed: We are not able to accept items that have been used, worn, or washed. All tagging on clothing must be attached in it's original form. Items must not have any detectable odors, or human/pet hair. Items must be in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
* All approved returns, will be issued in the form of store credit.
* The customer is responsible for shipping/cost of ALL returned items.

* If your items is not approved for a return, and you would like it returned to you, you are responsible for shipping/cost. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity of our choice.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, pre orders, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
* Unfortuantely we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
* Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for items damaged caused by improper care or handling, or the incorrect size purchased. Variations in color of items due to lighting, or photograph, or variations in patterns, does not qualify as damages or issues.
* Items that are indeed defective (must show area defective with tags attached), or wrong item sent, will need a photo attached to an email sent to us. Include the the issue of the item in question.
